Ingredients :
- 3cl cognac Bache-Gabrielsen of your choice
- 1,5cl pressed citrus fruit of your choice (lemon/ lime / grapefruit / orange)
2 to 3 sprigs of an aromatic herb of your choice (mint/ coriander/ thyme/ basil)
Your choice of soda (tonic/ ginger ale/ lemonade/ ginger beer)
Instructions :
Squeeze the fruit, add the cognac and then the herb of your choice. Top up with the soda and add some ice cubes.
