HIGH FIVE
Staying local is a great idea for this cocktail which uses our organic – bio “5” cognac as its base. Some herbs from the garden and a bit of fizz are the perfectaddition to this VSOP. It really doesn’t need anything else !

Ingredients :
- 5cl “5” VSOP bio & eco-designed
- A few sprigs of thyme from the garden
- A local Tonic water (“Artonic ” for the charentais) or sparkling water
Instructions :
Pour the cognac over the ice, add a few sprigs of thyme. Add the tonic or sparkling water, stir and pour to taste.
