This cuban rum-based cocktail has gained worldwide popularity. In the 90s bartenders gave it the french touch by using cognac as the base and so renamed itthe « Mojignac ».

Ingredients :

  • 4cl VS TRE KORS
  • 2cl sugar cane syrup

  • 0,5 cl lime juice

  • 6 mint leaves

  • Sparkling water

Instructions :

Place the mint leaves, the syrup and the lime juice in a glass, muddle to release the flavours. Add some crushed ice, the cognac and top up with the sparklingwater.

Garnish with a slice of lime.
