The Old Fashioned is recognised as the oldest cocktail in history.
Bache-Gabrielsen has created their own version by transforming it into the « Oak » Fashioned. What’s the difference ? Swap bourbon with our American Oak cognac, subtle yetsweet which is achieved from its ageing in new american oak casks.

Ingredients :
5cl American Oak
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 sugar cube
1 splash sparkling water
Instructions :
Place the sugar and bitters in a glass. Add the water and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the cognac and some ice cubes and gently stir to mix.
Decorate with some orange zest.
